Im new to capoeira and although my body almost always hurts i absolutely love it!
there is a relatively new capoeira class in manchester at the dancehouse on tuesdays 7.30-9.30. The teacher is a great guy with amazing patience for beginners. there will be a website to follow soon (its under construction).

Danny the teacher is the most patient and thorough teacher i have ever come across (im a teacher).
